Eating Aids and Eating Technologies

Being able to eat at my own pace and at unconventional times when I feel hungry.

Eating Aids and Eating Technologies are designed to assist individuals with traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, and many others in accessing specially adapted meals instead of relying on tube feeding. These aids allow them to eat at their own pace and at unconventional times when they feel hungry.

These tools help individuals with poor appetites or malnutrition regain their appetite by enabling them to eat at their own pace rather than being fed. In addition to fostering independence and preserving identity, they create moments of success throughout the day.
