Ability Drive is an alternative control interface that enables you to control a powered wheelchair with your eyes. Using virtual buttons and eye gaze technology, people who are not able to use a joystick can regain movement and seat positioning independence.
How it works
Ability Drive is a combination of hardware and an app. The Ability Drive app runs on an approved eye gaze device. The app senses your gaze on virtual buttons which send directional movement commands to the Ability Drive hardware interface. These buttons overlay the forward camera view. Looking at the stop button, looking away from the computer, or closing your eyes stops wheelchair movement.
